I’m sure we had a few Corgi cars when I was young as well. Nothing as cool as your Thrushbuster, though.
My parents have kept a few old ones. For example, a Yellow Submarine (which I think we only played with very carefully). It’s in very good condition 🙂
Since having kids of my own, I discovered that my parents also kept a lot of old toys which they produce whenever grandchildren turn up.
They’re not in a particularly good condition, but digging through all the old Lego and matchbox cars is always a bit of a nostalgia trip for me.
